In order to resolve the complaint or respond to the suggestion more directly, you should identify yourself, giving at least your name and surnames, as well as your e-mail address so that we can contact you. Consequently, complaints and suggestions submitted anonymously or without sufficient identification will not be taken into account and will be eliminated, according to the rules laid down in Article 4º of the Reglamento Municipal de Quejas/Sugerencias (Town Rules governing Complaints/Suggestions).
